The X-Scope 1000 is a smaller, less costly high resolution x-ray inspection system designed for batch inspection.

X-SCOPE 1800 is the new addition to the X-SCOPE Series inspection systems featuring wide inspection area with tilting X-Ray tube capability.

The X-Scope 2000/2300 is a full featured high-performance x-ray inspection system with an unbeatable price to performance ratio and many advanced features you would expect to find on a much more expensive x-ray inspection system.

The X-Scope 2500 is a high resolution high magnification x-ray inspection system designed for batch inspection of LCD panels, solar panels, large circuit boards and multilayer circuit boards before depaneling.

The large circuit board capability, CNC programmability and highly accurate and consistent automated inspection routines makes the X-Scope 2500 a great value for large panel inspection.

The X-Scope 5000 is a large capacity high resolution – high magnification x-ray inspection system.

The X-Scope 5000 has the ability to be upgraded to a full volumetric 3-d CT x-ray system.

The X -Scope 5000 is the perfect solution for imaging large circuit boards, aluminum die-casting’s, medical and aerospace components.
